FOSS gamedev and creative worlds

I've been playing Minetest for 3 months, and currently I'm playing 0.4.6. I was playing yesterday perfectly, but today, I tried to play, but my worlds never load. I took out all my mods to see if that worked, deleted all textures, but it doesnt work. In the minetest text it just goes to creative inventory size= X (whatever #) and then it doesnt load anymore. Can anyone help?
Edit: I can go into other peoples servers, but I cant play in singleplayer. I downloaded different versions of minetest, and got different builds, but I can never play in singleplayer. Can anyone help?

In the past, you could play on singleplayer, did you?
