Hello. I have a problem. I just downloaded Minetest on Windows 8, but I can't type anything in it. This is why I can't play.

I don't think indie games are supported on windows 8.
I also think that you can't play games on windows 8 that windows didn't make

Where did you have windows 8?
On a laptop,netbook or a computer.
If you are using a laptop or a computer.It's better to downgrade it to windows 7 or windows xp.
If you are using a netbook,where you can detach it's screen and use the touch screen feature well just leave windows 8 there.

How about this try to play minetest 0.4.5 and see if you still have this kind of problem.

I heard that Minetest runs perfectly fine on windows 8.

You can play any game on Windows 8

i have the same problem but i have windows xp bummer......
