How do I set my home teleport location so that when I'm lost or need to get out of a sticky situation I can just teleport home?

Or if you use the Technic mod, just click the little home button in the bottom left of your inventory screen. The other home button next to it teleports you to your home location.

That is overkill, just use the one Dan Duncombe suggested. :P

You can also use the beds mod, which is pretty lightweight and has the nice feature of setting your respawn position, and allows you to skip the night when sleeping.

I was just saying that if he already uses the technic mod, he could just use the home buttons. If he doesn't then he would need to install a mod for the functionality. Personally, I have both the sethome mod installed and the technic mod installed so I have my choice of what to do.
