I cant See half of The Server
When i login to server's I cant see the whole map I only see the Spawn point and floating signs with no floor and I have all priviledges needed

Once i waited 3o minutes -.- never loaded and also give me an error " Cannot load 'Item name'

Sometimes it helps to log out and in again. At least in cases where the server believes you to be elsewhere and does not send the terrain around you for that reason. You can usually check it by trying to dig/place something (at least in non-protected areas). If your attempts to change the environment through digging/placing remain futile, login again.
