how do you download a modpack for minetest 0.4.7

Modpacks are downloaded and installed in exactly the same way as a regular mod. Download the zip file or whatever, extract it, and put the whole folder into your mods directory next to your other mods.

Make sure you do not have any mods next to the modpack that are also IN the modpack (i.e. you don't want duplicates).

Enable the modpack in your world's configure screen by enabling the individual mods contained in it (the modpack name and its contents will be listed).

Here
[spoiler=Click Me!]It's six steps.This six steps it's very easy.
1- Go to Minetest forums and Download your mod.
2- Open your mod folder.
3- In other window,open your MineTest folder.
4- The step 4 and 6 is very hard,Open MineTest ?.?.?(your version)>Mods>YourMod example:mesecons
5- Go to your MineTest folder>Bin>MineTest.exe
6- In the game,open the window "SinglePlayer" and open your world,go to the option "Configuration" and enable your mod.[/spoiler]

I tried enabling one and got an error.

Except that mods get errors when you put it in the mods folder incorrectly. Modpacks don't.

And when I installed the mesecons mod, I see no mp content.

how do you download/enable a mod on windows 8 for minetest 1.4.8 or something like that
