FOSS gamedev and creative worlds

Umm.. I'm not sure if this qualifies.. but when I type /revoke <myname> fly (I dislike the priv), It grants me all privs, and I can't revoke them. Should I delete auth.txt? Thanks. I'm using the latest git, and this bug has happened before :/ There is nthing out of the ordinary in debug.txt

Singleplayer or server?
Also, you can open auth.txt and delete the necessary privs from the list.

Server, and I shutdown the server, deleted the privs, and it didnt work..

Server, and I shutdown the server, deleted the privs, and it didnt work..

Are you using the server computer? If so, you have all privs automatically and can't stop yourself from having them.

Dan is correct. The admin has unrevoke-able privs.

Does your minetest.conf contain "name = your_user"? If so, you're the admin and can't revoke your own privs. Change the username specified there or your username and you should be able to revoke your privs.
