ubuntu linux server via putty

by BrunoMine » Fri Aug 16, 2013 13:54

I'm commanding a ubuntu server. Currently I use FileZilla to send files and putty (because my computer is windows). How can I create a server minetest that server?

I did a test:
I put the game folder and it along with this, a run file to the server. On my computer worked fine however the server linux did not work.
Already used the chmod +x and sh to run

Do you try to run a windows build? You need to install a Linux build of Minetest, the PPA would be best I guess.

Like I said, use the PPA.
