Are you on a server or singleplayer?
If singleplayer, type that, wait a few seconds then press K to fly.

It looks like your saying you know how to fly, fast move and noclip but you don't know how to stop them.
To stop flying, press the k key. The k key turns on and turns off flying when you have the privilege.
To stop fast move, press the j key. The j key turns on and turns off the fast move when you have the privilege.
To stop the noclip, press the h key. The h key turns on and turns off the noclip when you have the privilege.
These are the default keys, they may be different if you have changed yours.
EDIT: edited for spelling errors and for bolding keys.
