I am stuck in a hole on a multiplayer server and no one helps me and I don't have access to any commands. Plz help me, thank you.

Check with your server's admin to see if there is a /respawn, /spawn, /suicide, or a similar command.

If not, just dig a bunch of stone or trees/leaves or dirt or whatever you can find (other than sand) and build yourself a staircase at least 10m high - something you can climb to the top of from the ground and jump off of - basically, commit suicide by injuring your character repeatedly until the server re-spawns you in a better location.

No you can not. Are you just in a hole or a cave system? If a cave system, are there any other holes you can fall down and get hurt/killed by? Is there any water down there? If so, maybe you can drown yourself. If no one will help you there, you may need to start a different character. The moderators should help you when you call though. If they don't, it's probably not a very good server to play on. (*NOTE* This is said by someone who has never played anything but singleplayer.)

Which server are you on and what username do you use ?

Also, have you tried typing: /spawn to see if it kills you and returns you to the spawn point...
