I am actually looking for a mod, it is called technic_worldgen. If somebody could help me, please do so.

Go to this link: https://github.com/RealBadAngel/technic

It is the upper link on the github site. On the right side of the screen towards the bottom is a Download Zip button. Click that and it will download everything (supposedly) and then just take the directory technic_worldgen out of the zip file and there you have it.
