Never snows.
I never encounter snow. in version 0.4.7 is the item of snow. However never find snow on the ground. How to do this?

You can't. It isn't implemented yet. However, there is a snow biome mod by Splizard that implements snow biomes.

Default snow and ice are for mapgen v7 which is unfinished.
