I recently upgraded to windows 8 and today I tried to get onto my favorite server.
Which is redcrab's 0.4.4 server and then I don't have any fps when I type it is very laggy and my fps=2.
Pls give suggestions on how to fix this.

Oh, good honk.
Listen up, mate: install video drivers, and then try BlockMen's DirectX build. It's pretty much the best, up-to-date build out there.

Why use a 0.4.7-dev build if he wants to connect to a 0.4.4 server? He should use the 0.4.4 stable release.

Apparently Windows 8 doesn't have drivers for my older nvidia so I just downgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate.
Thx for the answers anyway! :-)
(P.S. Windows 8 will be on my new desktop when the rest of the parts are added I may need you advice then ;),)
