MineTest Public Server List

The list with MineTest online servers.
Here my server is
0/100 CDP 5.12.155.115:30000
My webaddress is suntonlain.no-ip.org , and I want to be listed as
0/100 CDP suntonlain.no-ip.org:30000,
or with ather character strings such as "suntonlain's server" for example.
Where i need to make setings to do this ?
And how I can change 0/100, or CDP ? What are these ?
