From spawn to spawn .. the location is not the same ... how to set a particular location ?

I would like to have an unique place(coordinate) for new comer and player re-spawn.

like in Haven & Hearth, hearthfire - bonfire, there spawn and respawn player. It show player name and change color if player online. Appears at start with the player in a random location
