I open the survive server and want to change only my gamemode to creative... How?

You can't change your game mode on servers.

Certain servers do allow mixed survival/creative play. For example, if a server runs the Unified Inventory mod, then any user playing on that server who has the 'creative' privilege plays in creative mode, while everyone else plays in survival mode if the server is set to operate in that mode by default.

As Inocudom said, however, players cannot themselves change which mode they play in - this is up to the servers' admins to decide.

Mod "Inventory+" have such an opportunity?

I think what he wants to know is how to make him the only player with creative mode. On his server that is.

I like to do it this way:
1. Creative mode turned off, i.e. creative_mode = false in server's config file
2. I'm logged in as a user with server privileges, i.e. you have the /grant and /revoke privileges
3. Do /grant myusername creative, press enter, it shows that you now have the creative privilege
4. Go crazy in creative mode, then when done,
5. Do /revoke myusername creative, press enter, it shows that you no longer have the creative privelege.
