Guys I'm still having this issue... can a server owner help me out or tell me what they got in their configs to make it show a name??

In order for it to show a name, you must have a domain name that points to that IP address. You can either pay for one at some registrar, or use a free service such as no-ip.org or afraid.org or similar. Then point the "server_address" field to that domain name.

For example, the configs for my servers all have: server_address = digitalaudioconcepts.com
(this is a domain I pay for through a registrar; each config has different port numbers of course, depending on the server)
