Okay first I'd like to start out with my server name is my ip when I thought i set it to "Rick2's Server" in the minetest conf. file. Also, I need to know how to keep it up when I exit the server. I want it to be 24/7.

Which OS are you using to host the server?

Windows XP.

How exactly do you start your server?

side note: You should consider using a different OS for hosting your server.

I open my minetest game (4.8 btw) and I go to "Server" tab and check "Enable Damage, and Public" then log in
