I can start and run a "minetestserver", but I can't start "minetest" himself.
If i run minetest from the start menu, nothing happens. When I run it from the Konsole (on X) there is following:

Fatal error, could not get visual.

System: Debian unstable
Tested with Minetest from debian and a self build Minetest.

Problem solved.
After updated Mesa-driver is it not enough to restart X. Today after restarting the system, it runs again.
For the next person with the same problem: RESTART YOUR PC...
