If you teleport to a player near unknown nodes it crashes the game
When using the /teleport <playername> command...if the player you are teleporting to is close to an unknown node it causes the game to crash.
Your phone or window isn't wide enough to display the code box. If it's a phone, try rotating it to landscape mode.
