Posted: Sat May 24, 2014 21:52hello again. i'm here now to report the problem that when i change the game controls, video settings, etc, and i close/reopen the game, the settings become to default. How can i fix it?

- Read / write permissions - Are you running the Minetest in a read only directory, or C:\\program files?
- Run in place (not a problem in windows)

Create a new folder and extract it there.
If this won't solve the problem, try the other build and send us a screenshot or the last 20 lines of debug.txt. (that file is in your minetest_folder\bin\)

Now he ask for the file OpenAL32.dll. I alreday installed using the software Dll-Files Fixer and restarted my computer, but the game is still asking for the file, and the folder don't have the file Debug.txt. I alreday searched for.

You're NOT supposed to be using those things.
REALLY. You basically installed malware, it's like that "Fix-My-PC-20XX" thing, it lies and makes IT WORSE, not BETTER.

Posted: Mon May 26, 2014 16:03i know the software. i use only to install dll files. the software solved much driver problms in my father's computer. These programs that get installed unless you want it's not malwares. it's AdWares (like baidu and Hao123). but i think that i alreday solved my problem with this topic.
