I have an account here on the Minetest forums (obviously). However, I cannot login to the MMDB so I can upload mods. Am I doing something wrong?

Iqualfragile hasn't yet updated mmdb to support phpbb. It still tries to get punnbb logins. If you had a forum account before the switch, it should work.

@rubenwardy Unfortunately, my account is new. So, what do I do to upload to the MMDB? By the way, thanks for the help.

Funny, I can not log in, too. I had an account for the old forums.

MMDB is a bit broken right now, it will get fixed when iqualfragile has time again.

Which is exactly right now, changing the loging backend will be ugly…
well at least the userids have not changed.

Thanks Iqualfragile for the time you will be spending to fix the MMDB.

Status update: up until now mmdb used some kind handwritten hack to make use of the forum accounts, as there was no "glue" between the old forum software and the framework mmdb uses (django).
For the new forum software such glue is available, which is really nice, because it means that the django internal authentification system can be used but also means that anything requiring login needs to be looked at again, which is not even that much work, but i have to write some exams soon.
