FOSS gamedev and creative worlds

Fresh install of 4.10 in Archbang with an Intel Atom N2600 (dual core 1.6Ghz) and 1GB DDR3 RAM, from repositories

When I try to create a new world in singleplayer I get the error "No world name given, or no world selected" and then I am taken back to the main menu and no worlds are added...
I can join worlds on other servers.

No world folder has been created and nothing in debug.txt

Try to close the app, open again, and use another name

You have to type in the world name, select mapgen "v6" and select a game (click on the name "minetest" not "minimal development test").
