Hi, first of all thanks 4 the comunity. I look for this topic but did not find it any place. I installed anymal_mod pack and simple mobs and I am able to place them unto minetest but none of them attack, could somebody help me? thanks in advance.

Mobs that do not attack are well-behaved mobs bound to survive :-) Wish they'd all be that intelligent.

Are you sure you spawned aggressive mobs? Some are peaceful by default. If the server is suffering lag, it may also take a while until mobs attack. Let them spawn naturally and don't try to place them manually.

Have you tried Creatures mod yet?

You have to ENABLE DAMAGE !
It should work then.

Simple Mobs has a long-lasting bug that makes monsters not detect players occasionally, this is fixed in this mod which is based on it.

They're just more intelligent :-) If they keep away from players, they may live! (Until their block gets unloaded :))
