Generic mintetest linux installer.

After seening the ubuntu installer I had to make my own.

This should support debian and ubuntu but I just took the package list from the other thread.
It has been tested on gentoo. I don't have arch handy so if you could give me the output of my script plus the needed packages that would be good.

If you need it to do something else just ask.

I think if you could install arch you will be able to install minetest :D It's not that difficult to use git, cmake, make, and your distro's package manager...

Linux don't need installers, because package manager is an ideal way of installing something.
