You might have heard of the the MineTest API Reference already. It's quite a good reference for the various parts of the MineTest API that aren't as well documented. However, it's not editable, and you can't download the whole thing.
In short, the site's source is missing.
I've taken a bit of time to visit every single page I could find, convert it to MarkDown, and add examples and descriptions where necessary to make the API what it should be: a repository of knowledge written by the modders, for the modders. You can find the beginnings of my efforts here:
