hello i was playing mt with simplemobs mod and it had only a few so i added some more and i dont know would it be a good idea to upgrade someones mod and put online so anyone could download it so is it a good idea or not

Legally, it is perfectly fine. (The license for Simple Mobs allows it.)

oh ok i allready made something nice but il start working on new one because the one i made so far is bound with the items i added to default like new swords n stuff so il have to make a new one perhaps a mod thet adds most of minecraft mobs because everyone loves mc for an unknown reason

I don't think that using MC items in MT will be legal.. MC items/mobs are under MC licence and IIRC MC licence doesn't allow to use them outside of MC.

Only the data is (textures, sounds, …), so you can use your own textures and sounds (or other freely licensed ones).

ok no wories im god at drawing stuff

something worked out i made a few mobs
bird: flyes around and drops coal when killed
zombie: its hostile spawnd at night but dosent dies in daytime because that would be not logical drops steel ingot
ninja: spawns at day and wants to kill you has a 20% chanse of droping steel sword
npc: does prettymuch nothing just walks around drops apples when killed
ore monster: spawns underground on stone and hunts you can drop any ore in deafault mt rare the ore is less chance of droping it

Oh and i forgot to mention this mod also adds steaks to make raw
steak you have to put 4 pieces of meat into a form of square on crafting to make a steak ul get 3 of em they can be cooked and they need less time to be cooked and restores more hp than meat does and can be eaten raw
