[Mod] PilzAdam's item_drop mod fixed [item_drop]

I edited PilzAdam's item_drop mod.
I disabled dropping but kept picking up and
I made it compatible with my version of the builtin_item mod.
According to the three posts (↓), this mod has >+9002.
