To be done:

Find & fix bugs
Add sound broadcasting
Add image broadcasting
Enable hacking
Add mesecons signal broadcasting (Hybrid Dog's idea)
Get more ideas

Nice mod, I would like to see the function to play sound files with text messages.

Your phone or window isn't wide enough to display the code box. If it's a phone, try rotating it to landscape mode.

nope, coz i don't think broadcast station IRL can transmit electric wirelessly, that's my idea.

but i'll try to implement it.

it's gonna be like wardenclyffe then.

Mesecons are only signals. You can broadcast signals IRL. (See UKW radio, WLAN router, ..)
