This is a small mod I made to add wearable 3darmor spacesuits to the moontest server. It does not require any mods other than 3darmor to work, and also allows you to breath underwater. the crafting recipes are currently default:dirt in the armor shapes, as a placeholder until I think of something better.

You could do a recipe mixing wool and steel, and then with that item you make the armor :-)

Ok, that would work. Perhaps some glass in the mix too. And some mese, because mese.

Steel surrounding a wool block gives you 4 steel fibers, and you need to surround a glass block with these here specialty fibers to make the spacesuit. Then you take some steel and surround a mese block with it to make a life-support. You combine those in the crafting menu and KABLAMO you need to power it. Punch with it in your hand to open a menu that has:
an inventory half the size of a regular one
a fuel slot
text showing how long your spacesuit will sustain you with oxygen.
