I had to look at the pictures to figure out what SMB stood for - perhaps you should rename this thread to Super Mario Bros, but keep the modname smb.

what is the license of the artwork? Are you sure you're not violating someone's copyright?

artwork was in open scource i think...(i only made a part of the textures)

You can't guess this type of stuff. If you can't verify it, you can get others into trouble.
