[mod] Guide signs

This is a fork of the signs_lib (
https://forum.minetest.net/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=13762) mod. It adds guide signs with arrows. Get it from:
https://git.gpcf.eu/signs.git.

Any chance you'd be willing to submit this as a pull request to
signs_lib? It would be quite cool to have it merged.

No much chance, I wrote a code from scratch and it is, in my opinion, much cleaner that sign_lib. The only thing display_lib doesn't handle, is multicolor text. This is on purpose to simplify textures.
