[Mod] Nudger mini [git][nudger_mini]

It fulfils the same role as screwdriver, but differently:
* Intuitive, player-relative rotation.
* Every orientation obtainable from any side.
* Ignores invalid nodes.

This is a minimal version of nudger, which has additional capabilities.
