Replicates
whatever node its placed on. Doesnt replicate tools, signs, torches things of that nature (non cubic nodes). Must dig replicated material to continue generating more.

Lovely mod! I made simple factory using AND and NOT mesecon gates and two transoptors. Now, obtaining MESE is so easy :D

Yeah i got sick of switching between normal/creative mode and using /give commands lol, and i wanted something that would work with nodes from all mods without writing tons of code :-) So much easier for big construction projects.
and it could serve to deter theft of materials.
One thing, not really a bug per say, but placing a replicator ontop of a replicator leads to a sort of infinite replicator generation.... should i fix that?

Replicated the replicator, got 300 replicators in less than a minute! XD

There was never a glitch I just wanted to see what would happen if I put a replicator on top of a replicator

It almost crashed my server when the stack of replicators was multiplying x2 every 30 seconds lol. But you can keep the older version if you want.

Ha this would be a great way to build something with gigantic walls.

I gave serious thought to making the replicators loop/stack the replicated materials, but like nature and growing trees, it would just get out of control, youd have to dig the replicators to make em stop. Id rather the replicators only produce new nodes when one is taken.
But hey, you got a big project, just lay down a grid of the materials you want, and place replicators over each, when youre done you pack em up and move on :-)
Mind you, they did have industrial replicators in star trek, perhaps i could implement a more powerful version that gives a dozen nodes at a time?

Could you perhaps make it so that only a certain amount of new nodes could be produced, say 10?

for the industrial or standard? and are you talking about producing ten at a time, or ten forever per unit?

at a time maybe? they both could work. It depends on if you want to make it something that can be reused

actually ive been cleaning the apartment for most of the last hour - the longest bit was figuring lua for loops.
but make sure you have a clearance of ten cubes over the industrial replicator (either way it only replicates into air). If you have a roof set 5 blocks above the replicator, then nodes 1,2,3,4,6,7,8,9,10 will materialize. You can take any portion of the replicated materials, it will re-materialize the nodes you dig even if you don't dig all 10 nodes. This one requires 3x the time as the normal replicator.

I converted my warehouse to a factory lol apart from the mese, these are all my nodes:

Works on fences :-) (good for making pillars)
Easy bridge construction

The Industrial MKII
this one functions horizontally, multidirectional.

You place this one to the right or left, front or back of the node you want to replicate, and it materializes on the other side. Nothing will materialize on the other side if it doesn't detect air.
Good for doing frames too:

Hey mauvebic could you make a replicator that can do 50 at a time? EDIT:never mind don't need it anymore.

How do I adapt it to spit out 100 or any other number I choose? I want to make a bridge with this. :))

take a look at the code ( i dont have the old one anymore) and where you see
Your phone or window isn't wide enough to display the code box. If it's a phone, try rotating it to landscape mode.
change the 11 for the number you want :-)

Thank you. :) i was changing the one that had for i = 10, 10(or whatever it was :P
