FOSS gamedev and creative worlds

saw something today and was wondering if someone could make this for more than just apple products and have it be usable in minetest.

I have to be honest The program is a good Idea I guess but The output is really bad!
So if it gets done it's gonna have to be better

(Maybe you can contact the maker of the app and ask him to support mt?)

the output does not interpretate colors properly IMHO color block with gradients could be used. and the eyes looking weird! (but maybe the model is on the side and is round so...)
