I was wondering if upon drop you could increase the distance that an item travels. It now goes like 1-2, I'm wanting it to go 4-5.

Do you mean, when you drop items? Yep, you could edit the item_entity.lua in the builtin/ folder to increase velocity when dropping, or decrease gravity of dropped items.

But what about for a specific item for a mod I'm making?

Highly unlikely.

Oh well I'll just go ahead and release it today. It's a mod that adds a game that people play in real life.
