This is a simple mod I made that adds charcoal into the game along with some crafting options for it. Charcoal is created by putting wood logs into a furnace, and one wood log gives four charcoal. Charcoal can be used to create torches just like regular coal. It also has several crafting options as shown below:

Charcoal Block -


These are created from 9 charcoal, and can be used as a flammable building material, furnace fuel (lasts slightly longer than 9 charcoal), or as a crafting item.

Carbon Dust -


Carbon dust is created from charcoal blocks. Three charcoal blocks give you three carbon dusts. Currently, carbon dust can only be used to create graphite blocks

Graphite Block -


Graphite blocks are created from four carbon dust, they can be used as a stone-like building material, or they can be used to create tools that are stronger than stone but weaker than steel.

Dependencies -
This mod depends on nothing other than the default mod.

If you want your mod to be moved in Mod Releases, don't forget to set a license to your mod (if you don't care about what people will do with your mod, use WTFPL license).

Appletland.com is a website I own, so I typically upload my random stuff to it. I could move the download to my mediafire account. Also, I was thinking about coming up with some more uses for carbon dust, since all it does is create graphite right now.
