I know nothing about coding, but wouldn't it be possible to take jeija's throwing mod and turn the bow into a block that when hit, will launch an arrow. i guess the way you could launch arrows is by having a sort of chest interface where you put the arrows in.again just taking a leap of faith.

It's possible; you just want it so you could punch the block like here, and it counts how many you have, adds it to the inventory and fires it off. You could call it the BallistaeBlock or something.
