[Mod] Portal themed nodes [v0.3][portal]

Make portal like puzzles by using similar looking textured nodes and other portal themed items.
Edit nodes in creative mode and then play the puzzle in non creative mode.

HAVE MADE
- Portal themed textures
- Portal like textured nodes
- Portal like warning signs
- Companion cube by Melkor

WILL MAKE
- Portal camera node
- Automatic door that opens when wire is active
- Elevator that transports player to assigned destinations
- Cake!

SHOULD MAKE
- Wall panels which are automatically made when panel node is put next to each other. Making one big panel that can be of differing size.
- Portal gun with portal physics
- Pressure plate like in portal
- Weird orb thing, that kills you when hit, with orb grabber.
- Compatible with mesecons. But have the portal wires on the wall.

COULD MAKE
- Lasers with moving platforms

I love portal! Although you could use teleport to move, with the current API, you would not be able to see through the portals

MC does the same thing.

Can add and remove nodes in creative mode. If not in creative mode the portal nodes are immortal.
SOooo,
Build puzzles in creative mode
and then...
Play or let others play your puzzles in non creative mode.

+1 Portal is an awesome game.

@clarksallador: could you post your debug.txt to somewhere like: http://paste.ubuntu.com/ so we can see the error you're getting, one thing it could be is the folder from git is called "portal-master" make sure you rename it to "portal".

EDIT: @Bas080 you should add the contents of the readme.txt file to the readme.md file and delete the readme.txt as you only really need one ^_^

EDIT2: @Bas080 also I just noticed you have the textures included twice once in the main mod folder and again in the textures folder, you should only add textures into the textures folder inside your mod folder and remove the others.

Renaming folder to "portal" should work.
EDIT:
Maybe it has to do with permissions. I'm not sure about that... You can try giving it read and write permission.

They are. I had the texture laying around so I used it. Where did you find that screenshot and what mod is it?

Sounds like a win win. How shall we implement? Can I copy paste code in portal mod and add credits in forum post or you can make your cube dependent on my mod and I my mod on yours. Or we both copy each others code and make identical posts.

I vote for... Linking to each others posts. No dependence and no copy pasting... I remove the companion cube from the portal mod.

i dont like the idea of linking posts, the only purpose of the wcc mod is decorative, it can be collected in a single punch and it's affected by gravity but cant do more, i prefer to leave that post alone.
you gonna need new code if you are thinking using the companion cube with something like mesecons, i suck at coding, so the only thing i can do is contribute with the 3d stuff and some textures, if you are interested, maybe i can do buttons, switches and something else
