FOSS gamedev and creative worlds

So I've come back, and now I'd like to start a new mod, the TARDIS. Here are my ideas:

Smaller on the outside (probably will work by teleportation or something)
Full length model (the model will be around 3-3.5 blocks high)
Will be able to fly anywhere (probably a tacky little formspec GUI :3)

Any other ideas? Refinements?

I'll really need someone to help me with modeling the inside of the TARDIS though (I have a server, PM me for details).

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TARDIS. It's like a time machine (and traveling machine, it travels in 4 dimensions) that The Doctor uses (a character from Doctor Who, which is like the longest running sci-fi TV show)

now, who's up for making a sonic screwdriver?
make it rotate nodes, invert mesecon signals, open locked doors and chests, (but not wooden ones) and what else?
and how 'bout some new mobs? weeping angel mob would be epic. xD

Okay, I have some ideas for the crafting:

You have to read a book about timelord science (probably crafted with a normal book and something "sciency", idk what), then you have to craft it like this:

Okay, two screenies of the first draft of the TARDIS interior, made by me and bull3trulz (used random blocks for placeholders, as you can see 8) ):

Yeah, yeah, I know, doesn't look TARDISy at all, but I think I know what to do now!
