Yes, PilzAdam's bed mod sets your spawn every time you sleep. Like in minecraft.

My servexextended mod has a /setspawn command in the admin-tools module.

Use this setting in minetest.conf:

Your phone or window isn't wide enough to display the code box. If it's a phone, try rotating it to landscape mode.
