I wish that could work but the form spec is different and changeing

so read my code. formspec is constructed there every action user will take.

If you can wait one or two days, i'm almost done with my mc-inventory...

oh that might be a problem. But maybe look at the inventory mod in MINItest cause that also allows gamemode changes(/gamemode 1 = creative and 0 survival) though i cant wait.
