OK so this is what it does you have it then you shoot at some one and it does not hurt them but you now auto mat follow their path and do what they did this is how to make it

plank rope blank = wooden handle
stick blank blank

wooden handle suction cup blank = suction cup grapple hook

There is no copyright of ideas. Also why havent you created a mod for it already?
