i really need help adding mods

If you could be a bit more specific with your question, we could help.

If you don't know how to had them, just go into the "games" folder, go in a "minetest_game" folder ("minetest game", "minimal", "avata"r, "hungry games",...) and put them directly in the mods folder.
Maybe it seems difficult but it's really easy.
