That recipe conflicts with the one for the Steel Pickaxe (assuming you meant Steel Ingots).
Edit: Yep, just checked. It conflicts with the steel pickaxe recipe.
Edit 2: It seems you do not provide the texture, and the crafting recipe output is wrong.
