Merry christmas folks!

Here's a small present for the Minetest community, to play around: a remote-controlled toy race car.

First, give yourself a car:

Your phone or window isn't wide enough to display the code box. If it's a phone, try rotating it to landscape mode.

Code: Select all: /giveme rc_car:car

Next, give yourself a remote control:

Your phone or window isn't wide enough to display the code box. If it's a phone, try rotating it to landscape mode.

Code: Select all: /giveme rc_car:remote

Just place the car somewhere and right-click it to turn it on, then select the remote control and click somewhere to make the car go to that spot.

The mod is pretty simple as I had not much time to add more stuff. Also, I don't guarantee this mod is bug-free (nobody can for any mod anyway :P).

The colored model only shows up when the car is moving.

Are there any plans for further development ?

Oh, thanks for reporting. I didn't notice this issue because it is only manifests when the server lags. It is fixed in git.

There are no plans for further development at the moment besides fixing bugs. I may add a feature or two if I find it worth it. Pull requests are also welcome.
