Very hard to make mobs. I suggest looking through the link above and trying something a little bit simpler. I wanted to aim high at first, but it is really kinda tricky. Try building a wide and solid base before you try and reach your destination...

One thing I will say: You will want to know how to use blender or some other software similar to it.
