This appears to be an ordinary world with the 'flat' flag enabled. Is there anything special about it?

Also, it looks like you just dumped all the mod files into the world folder; it doesn't work that way. To bundle mods with a world, make a folder named 'worldmods' and put each mod folder in there.

If that is the case just install the mods yourself, and enable "flat" in the minetest.conf. There is no point to this map.
