I spelled adf.ly as ad.fly so I corrected my posts and put the EDIT for spelling comment in.

Nope, I wasn't sure if they were from the same person or not, but I thought it was possible that the same problem existed in your copy of testbdcraft.

I don't have testBDcraft so I can't try it out and see what may be the problem if it isn't any of the ones already mentioned and tried. I don't know what else could be wrong except maybe you didn't follow the instructions exactly and mixed and matched a few different peoples instructions. The only thing I can say now is to delete the folder all from your textures folder and then recreate it. Then unzip the textures you want to use and copy the files only into the newly recreated all folder. Do not copy the folder that the files are in into the all folder. The files themselves must be in the textures\all folder. If that doesn't work, there is nothing I can do to try to figure out why it isn't working without the testDBcraft files.
