New Style Water is invisible

New Style Water is invisible
So, I tried this New Style Water, but the water turned invisible. Can anyone help?

New style water works fine in 0.3 but since 0.4 its broken (as you can see). The new shaders from 0.4.4 add something similiar.
It's the same with lava, unless you see a full water or lava source block then mostly it's invisible and you dont know what you are treading on until it's too late...

I already fixed this bug in Minetest 0.4.6.

Have tried different texture packs incase that was the problem and even on default it still doesn't display either water or lava properly...

Have tried different texture packs incase that was the problem and even on default it still doesn't display either water or lava properly...
Does it happen with new_style_water = false too? Then try turning off shaders.

Yep, does exactly the same thing when I add "new_style_water = false" and even when turning off shaders...
Am using linux daily version... Updated to new and on singleplayer the water seems to work better but on a server it's still the same...

This is a different bug than this forum topic.
Yes, the last image on that link from HybridDog is what happens with water and lava both... Is their any way of fixing it locally even though it spawns from server use ?
