overworld biomes:
- savannah (intermediate biome between plains and desert).
- stone deserts. absolutely nothing grows in them
- tundra (intermediate biome between plains and snow): low vegetation, occasional snow,
- mediterran (only next to oceans): palms, palms, palms, olive trees, etc
- alpine. I mean, like, really high, way over cloud level and also steep at certain areas, so that it’s actually a challenge to climb the top. May consist of large stone-only areas. At a certain height, trees stop spawning here.
- volcanic (next to mountains/alpine): low vegetation, lots of stone and other hard materials and also ash. Home of lots of sulphur (if just any mod would implement it …) No grass. May rarely contain small lava seas at surface level.
underground biomes:
- ground water - large storages of water that aren’t connected with any other cave
- water rivers - essentially the same as normal caves, but with water inside. May be generated after the ordinary caves to connect them with each other. Most likely they should take close-to-horizontal paths.
- lava rivers - long, highly uneven caves that connect underground lava seas. Should also take vertical paths.

I'm creating
MineClone 2, a Minecraft clone for Minetest.
I made the
Help modpack, adding in-game help to Minetest.
